Office Pilot is a custom-built internal platform that brings every tool a growing agency needs into one place, staff and client logins, project planning, a shared calendar, live chat, and direct integrations with QuickBooks, MOZ, Zendesk, Google Analytics and Google Ads. Built entirely from scratch, with granular permissions so every user, staff or client, sees exactly what they need and nothing more.
Social Room is a custom social media management tool built specifically for New Edge Media, used daily to plan, schedule and publish across 25+ client accounts on X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. What started as a spreadsheet-based content calendar has grown into a full scheduling suite with AI-assisted post writing and direct publishing via each platform's own API.
footballwins.co.uk is a live, public-facing Pick 10 prediction game built for real users, real competitions and real prizes. It's a good example of building beyond a typical brochure website, a working product with its own logic, users and ongoing engagement.
